"Angels and answers come in many different forms.  Our angel is Dr. Jeff Buesing and our answer is chiropractic services and cold laser therapy.

Our 12 year old son has ADHD.  We have struggled for many years looking for answers to help him.  We tried every conventional treatment including medications, psychological therapy, behavior therapy and occupational therapy.  We found no success.  His behavior was exhausting, school called with social problems and behavior problems several times a week, grades were failing and there was always anger and restlessness in our home.  The medication either made him like a zombie or gave him suicidal tendencies.  We were at the end of our rope and started to believe that there were no answers to help our son.

My father called one day to tell us that he read an article about children with ADD, ADHD, and autism being helped with chiropractic therapy.  We did some research and found that trials were being done and finding positive results.  We decided to open our minds and with nothing to lose we would give chiropractic therapy a try.

In July, we found Dr. Buesing practicing this therapy along with cold laser therapy.  We started taking our son to see Dr. Buesing 3 times a week and saw results within 2 weeks.  Our son for the first time would sit with us and talk, watch TV, and even play board games.  We were encouraged but we still were not sure if we would see results when school began in the fall.  September came and we held our breath.  It was the first time that school started without any problems at all.  Everyone was thrilled, especially our son.  It is now December and we still have had no problems at school, his grades are all A's and B's, he has made friends, he has self confidence and we are enjoying our wonderful son every single day.  Most importantly, our son now loves and enjoys himself.  He only needs to see Dr. Buesing once a week now.  He takes no medication and sees no therapists.  We have found the answers that for years we have been searching for.

"I am a seventy-six year old woman with Spinal Stenosis.  Three years ago, I developed sciatic pain own both legs from pulling and lifting suitcases on a return trip from Japan.  After three weeks, I decided to go to see the doctor.  I was ordered an x-ray, cortisone and physical therapy; with little relief.  I went to a chiropractor who used manipulation adjustments.  I had an MRI and three epidural injections at a pain center.  I got relief from the shots, but it only lasted four to five weeks following each injection.  The doctors at the pain center put me on Gabapentin; I went off it, because of the side effects.  I tried three spinal decompression treatments.  The pain became worse!  I couldn't walk to the bathroom without help.  I saw an othopedic surgeon.  He looked at my MRI and said I would need a Laminectomy to relieve the pressure on the nerves.  I spoke to my doctor and told him I wanted to try more Chiropractic treatments, before making the decision to have surgery.  He suggested I see Dr. Jeffrey Buesing.  I made an appointment.  He uses instrument adjustments, traction, and stretching exercises.  That was one year ago.  I am free from sciatic pain.  I go for a treatment once a month and I am back at the gym working out, getting stronger and doing my stretching exercises.

The first time I visited a Chiropractor I was seven. My mother had been helped by our neighbor Dr. Morel with her pain from Sciatica. I came home from school and after asking how my day was she noted I didn't look well and said "why don't you go to Dr. Morel you must be coming down with something." That was my introduction to the profession. Dr. Morel and Dr. Shecth, my next Chriorpractor were the two best I ever had. Over the years I'd go off and on but for the past fifteen I've been on a regular maintenance program.
